I've been using the summer break to finish some projects that I'd started. Last week I finished this patchwork quilt. So fun! This one is for a cousin of mine who is a talented artist. Aaron carves pieces in jade / pounamu and gave me a lovely jade necklace when I was visiting last year. I wanted to make him and his family something and this lap quilt is what I came up with.
