Painting and Verse Frames

Well, summer is over and I've been making things! This painting was something I whipped up a few weeks ago. It is paint on canvas fabric in blues and white with specks of gold framed it in a big IKEA frame. 

I've  also been working on verse frames after a friend taught me how to make them. This one was quick and easy ...

I really had to persevere with this one (haha!) It's still not perfect and I may redo it with a smaller font. The frame was solid wood that I painted cream and distressed a little. Thanks for popping in!

Coastal Painting

I've been working on this piece recently and can't wait to hang it up in my living room! It's been so fun to work with a new medium and I can't wait to do more.
