There is so much joy when a new baby is born in your family. And this boy is the first for my brother and his wife. Welcome Luke! I made him this simple quilt in blues and yellows.

This weekend I whipped up a quilted changing mat. Usually you pop them in your diaper bag for changing on the go, but now that I have two little ones I use mine to change the baby on the bed.
I made this for a friend who recently had her second boy. Fun!
Last night Wilfred* and I worked on the quilt. I laid blocks on the bed and talked to him about various options. He said coo. I removed some dark blue fabric that doesn't quite work. Wilfred bounced. Here's a pic.
