Boy Quilt

Hi there. I've been making progress on my toddler quilt. I decided on big log cabin squares. These are about 14".

New Fabric

I was in California this weekend and stopped into my favorite fabric store to get some supplies. Ahhhh, so much fun! 

These are for the twin quilt I plan to make for my almost 3 year old. He loves the airplanes.

Trash Truck Tee Shirt (Part 2)

I finished the trash truck tee for my two year old and here it is. I used temporary adhesive spray to attach the felt to the tee shirt, then I sewed around the edges. I washed the shirt to remove the adhesive and added some detail with embroidery thread. 

I think he likes it!

Trash Truck Tee Shirt

My big boy is turning 2 this month. Honestly, I don't know where the time went. He is so much fun and such a helper. He likes to help me bring things for Wilfred* and to sit on the stool in the kitchen and help me cook. 

One of his biggest loves at the moment are trash trucks. I'm going to attempt to make him a trash truck tee for his birthday. 

We'll see how it goes :)
